Unsure of Hultgren’s vote
To the Editor:
It came to my attention a few weeks ago that U.S. Rep. Randy Hultgren voted against the Violence Against Women Act.
I’m not sure of his reasoning. I can’t imagine that he thinks there is no longer a need for special protections to be in place for vulnerable women. Does he think that this is no longer an issue?
