Fitness event to raise funds for aid Turning Point

LAKE IN THE HILLS – Natalie Block, a certified fitness professional, and Player’s Choice Academy will host an “OMG! Fitness Concert” from 7 to 9 p.m. April 6 at the academy, 9210 Trinity Drive, Lake in the Hills.

A portion of the proceeds will go to a fundraising initiative for Turning Point of McHenry County.

A variety of workouts will be introduced, including Zumba, Core, Turbo Kick and Insanity.

The event also includes vendors, raffles and prizes. Kids play for free. Player’s Choice will open up the batting cages and courts for the young ones to use while mom and dad are working up a sweat.

Vendors include Mary Kay Cosmetics, Heart and Soul Health Coaching, 31 and Red Hot Jewelry.
