CARY – Fox Valley Systems has agreed to conduct a complete analysis of events leading up to the March 6 explosion that hurt three people before the facility can re-open, the Illinois Attorney General's Office said in a news release.

The company also must present a plan for approval to prevent future incidents.

“We must determine what circumstances led to this dangerous event, mitigate any environmental damage and ensure the facility is safe for workers to return,” Attorney General Lisa Madigan said in a news release.
