Police nab man in Woodstock car part theft

WOODSTOCK – A fingerprint led investigators to a Milwaukee man who was charged with theft from a Woodstock car dealership, police said.

William J. Czarnecki, 42, of 2759 N. 26th St., Milwaukee, was charged with theft of more than $10,000, a Class 2 felony, in connection with the October incident.

Police said 26 diesel particulate filters were removed from new and used Ford trucks at the Bull Valley Ford dealership at 1460 S. Eastwood Drive, Woodstock.
