CHICAGO — Cook County prosecutors say a 51-year-old Chicago man has been arrested on child pornography charges after images were found on his home computers.

State's Attorney Anita Alvarez's office says Seamus Webb was arrested Thursday, five days after authorities executed a search warrant at his home and seized four computers. Webb appeared in bond court on Friday on charges of possession and dissemination of child pornography. A judge set bond at $100,000.

Prosecutors say forensic analysis of Webb's computers revealed numerous images and videos depicting children engaging in a variety of sex acts. They say analysis of his email account revealed that he had sent many of the images and videos between January 2012 and March 2012.
