Kaplan better for business

To the Editor:

As an owner of multiple industrial buildings in Cary for 15 years, I have come to understand why Cary has earned a reputation of being unfriendly to businesses.

I have been treated disrespectfully by trustees from the previous board. I have had several bad experiences with the building department and the code enforcement officer.

I take pride in my buildings and work hard to keep them up.

Since the new board was elected, the business climate in town has been much better.

I like Bruce Kaplan as candidate for village president.

I have worked with him as a broker in the past and believe he is trying to fix the business climate to benefit the residents and businesses.

He is a sharp cookie and knows how to get things done. If I lived in Cary, I would not hesitate to vote for Bruce as village president April 9.
