FOX RIVER GROVE – Boy Scouts in Troop 166 will conduct a village trustee candidate forum tonight at village hall.

The Scouts, whose idea it was to hold the forum, have written questions for the candidates. said Rich Andersen, assistant scoutmaster for the troop. The troop last held a forum four years ago for the village president's election.

Scheduled to appear are the six candidates running for the three trustee seats: incumbents Suzanne Blohm and Michael Ireland, and challengers Andrew Migdal, Chester Olencheck, Robert Kandler and Tom Anderson.

Assistant Senior Patrol Leader Weston Raviolo, 15, said in a news release that he is very excited about the forum.

"It will be a fun and educational experience and will benefit our community overall," Raviolo said.

To attend, the forum is scheduled for 7 p.m. today at village hall, 305 Illinois St.
