To the Editor:

I am a broker with many years experience.

I have done numerous tax appeals in McHenry Township and have experience with misinformation from the current assessor concerning tax appeals and assessments.

It is time for a change. I urge all of you to vote for Mary Mahady for McHeny Township assessor. I have known Mary for a great many years on a personal and professional level.

She has helped many people while working in Nunda Township, including my daughther, giving them accurate information on filing real estate tax appeals and educating property owners on the appeal process.

I have never known her to be other than fair, honest and accurate with her many satisfied clients. She has many years experience as a real estate broker and a deputy assessor.

Mary will make sure that all deception of taxpayers will stop and ensure that all assessments are fair and just.
