CARPENTERSVILLE – A man was found dead inside Trinity Landscape of Northern Illinois at 1050 Tamarac Drive after there was a call for a fire.

The man’s name was withheld by the police department pending notification of his next of kin, Carpentersville police said in a news release.

About 4:50 p.m. Friday, emergency personnel responded to the fire.

Firefighters found the man near a northern entrance of the building. He was immediately removed from the structure, and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The fire and cause of death are still under investigation, police said.
