Pioneer Center offers extended walk-in hours

McHENRY – Pioneer Center has converted all admissions appointments to walk-ins and extended its hours. 

Individuals seeking services can visit the campus in McHenry on Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. without an appointment.

Individuals should bring their Illinois state ID or driver’s license, Social Security card, proof of household income, parenting agreement/guardianship papers, proof of benefits and/or private insurance. 

Pioneer Center provides adult and youth counseling, intellectual and developmental disability services, sexual assault crisis counseling and homeless services to more than 3,600 people each year.  

The admissions office is located at 3941 Dayton St., McHenry.
