Published: Tuesday, June 4, 2013 1:21 p.m. CST

HUNTLEY – Animal House Shelter will be at the Cary Area Public Library, 1606 Three Oaks Road, Cary, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

This is an opportunity to meet dogs, cats, kittens and puppies from the shelter.

The public is invited to drop off donations of pet food, supplies, towels, sheets, blankets, comforters, rugs and cash. A Wish List of needed items appears on the shelter's website. The list also will be posted in the Cary Area Public Library lobby since the library has offered to accept these donations through June 30.

The shelter, located at 13005 Ernesti Road, Huntley, always is in need of volunteers, foster homes, transporters and donors.
