Baird & Warner ride benefits Wounded Warrior Project

CRYSTAL LAKE – Baird & Warner of Crystal Lake will hold its fifth annual Baird & Warner Charity Motorcycle Ride benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project on Aug. 25.

The poker ride will start at the Crystal Lake office, 6330 Northwest Hwy. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., with the first bike leaving at 10:15 a.m. There will be four stops in the 100-mile ride to collect poker cards, ending at Bandito Barney’s in East Dundee. There will be door prizes, raffles, shirt sales, a silent auction and more at the final stop.

Admission is $20 first rider fee with a $10 passenger fee. Visit www.bwcharityride.org and register before June 25 for a reduced first rider fee of $15. There also is a $15 non-riding participant fee – all benefitting the Wounded Warrior Project.

Companywide, Baird & Warner has raised more than $1 million for Chicagoland nonprofit organizations since 2002. “It is important to all of us at Baird & Warner that we give back to the communities in which we live and work,” said Don Prigge, managing broker for the Far Northwest Suburban Group office.
