JONESBORO — Authorities in southern Illinois' Union County are trying to locate a man who got away with drugs after they say he used a knife to rob a nursing home.

WSIL-TV reports the holdup took place early Monday at the Jonesboro Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

No one was injured.

Investigators say the knife-wielding man entered the nursing home through the front door and demanded drugs.

He later fled after stealing drugs from a storage area.

Anyone with information about the matter is urged to call the Union County Sheriff's Department.
