Senior Care Volunteer Network receives $11,000 grant

Senior Care Volunteer Network (formerly Faith in Action) has received an $11,000 grant from the McHenry County Community Foundation. Funds will be used to increase the hours of the program’s development coordinator.   

Senior Care Volunteer Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that utilizes volunteers to provide numerous services to seniors throughout the entire county so they can maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life by remaining in their own home or the home of a loved one for as long and as safely as possible. It never charges for services.
