Violin needed

Published: Tuesday, June 25, 2013 5:30 a.m. CST

To the Editor:

Bob Anderson needs an old violin, so he can play a different tune in regard to townships.

Are townships perfect? No. Can the county pick up all that our township does for us? I don’t think so, at least not without raising our taxes for the extra workload. And we all know how Bob feels about raising taxes.

Bob, maybe you should take all your energy and put it where it just might do some good for the people of Wonder Lake, such as looking into the MPOA (Master Property Owners Association) and question why it keeps spending money on a lake dredging project when they don’t have permits and the people of Wonder Lake never got to vote on it in the first place.

Stop trying to discredit our township for all it does, such as bus service, daily activities, parties, dinners, assistance programs, etc., not to mention the parks for our young people.

Bob, I pray you keep your good health in your old age and never need assistance from the township.
