Brittanie Barker, 16, fell so far behind her studies at McHenry High School that school officials told her she would not be able to graduate on time. Barker decided to participate in a computer-based program know as the Computer-Assisted Learning Academy (CALA) to get back on track. She did so well in the program that she finished her graduation requirements a year in advance.
