Lawsuit involving former Grafton Township officials dismissed

A lawsuit between former Grafton Township officials has been dismissed.

Former Road Commissioner Jack Freund in 2011 sued former Grafton Township Supervisor Linda Moore for not paying road district bills or his health care expenses.

Online court records for the McHenry County 22nd Judicial Circuit show that lawsuit was dismissed on June 21.

According to an article in the Arlington Heights-based Daily Herald, the township board authorized on June 17 money to pay for all the items Freund was seeking in court.
