Lake in the Hills police reports for July 8, 2013

• A residence was reported damaged by a pellet gun Saturday, June 29, in the 1100 block of Prides Run.

• Sarah C. Samuelson, 40, 927 Cynthia Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Sunday, June 30, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a breath-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, improper lane use, and driving without insurance.

• Gerry Dominguez, 25, 260 Warwick Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Sunday, June 30, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance, and disregarding a traffic-control device.

• Faro Bartolotta, 31, 838 Singing Hills Drive, Volo, was charged Sunday, June 30, with two counts of domestic battery.

• Richard J. Geary, 54, 4145 Larkspur Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Monday, July 1, with two counts of domestic battery.

• Graffiti was found Monday, July 1, on the inside of Larson Tunnel in the 1200 block of Pyott Road.

• Donald F. Franz, 46, 358 Dartmoor Court, Crystal Lake, was charged Wednesday, July 3, with telephone harassment.

• Fireworks were confiscated Wednesday, July 3, in the 1000 block of Mason Lane.

• Matthew C. Kennedy, 34, 1031 Brittany Bend, Lake in the Hills was charged Thursday, July 4, with two counts of domestic battery.

• A 16-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was charged Thursday, July 4, with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

• Fireworks were confiscated Thursday, July 4, in the 1100 block of Ash Street.

• A vehicle was reported keyed Saturday, July 6, in the 400 block of Village Creek Drive.

• Fireworks were confiscated Saturday, July 6, in the 300 block of Clear Sky Trail.
