Huntley cops, Culver's team up to aid Special Olympics

HUNTLEY – Members of the Huntley Police Department will serve as waiters in support of the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Illinois Special Olympics from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Culver’s of Huntley, 13240 Route 47.

For the 10th consecutive year, Culver’s will host “Tip a Cop” to raise money and awareness for Special Olympics Illinois.

During “Tip a Cop,” members of the Huntley Police Department and Special Olympic athletes will serve as waiters and receive donations for the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois. 2013 Law Enforcement Torch Run merchandise (hats, shirts and pins) will be available during the event.
