McHenry police reports for July 12, 2013

• Sean E. Deane, 23, 1005 Kenneth Circle, Elgin, was charged Monday, June 3, with possession of marijuana, manufacture or delivery of 30 to 500 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, texting while driving, and driving without valid insurance.

• Ramon J. Toscano, 25, 7736 Dairy Lane, Lakewood, was charged Wednesday, June 5, with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper right turn at intersection, improper lane use, illegal transportation of alcohol, and driving while license suspended.

• Alberto Santa, 34, 12 W. Pheasant Trail, Lake in the Hills, was charged Saturday, June 8, with domestic battery.

• Courtney A. Massaro, 36, 3305 Talismon Lane, Johnsburg, was charged Sunday, June 9, with retail theft.

• Lisa Marie Ross, 28, 752 Leah Lane, Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, June 11, with retail theft.

• Judy A. Boyd, 60, 531 Leah Lane, Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, June 11, with retail theft.

• Melissa F. Youngblood, 114 Morningside Drive, Lakemoor, was charged Thursday, June 13, with four counts of domestic battery.

• Marco A. Delgadillo, 42, 4205 Crestwood St., McHenry, was charged Thursday, June 13, with aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery and battery.

• Shane J. Armon, 20, 616 Richard Brown Blvd., Volo, was charged Friday, June 14, with possession of a controlled substance and resisting a police officer.

• Steven M. Hopp, 19, 5803 McCullom Lake Road, Wonder Lake, was charged Saturday, June 15, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

• John Allen Neveitt, 24, 2405 Edgewood Lane, McHenry, was charged Sunday, June 16, with misdemeanor resisting an officer, unlawful use of a weapon, and felony possession of a weapon by a felon.
