FOX LAKE – No one was injured in a Fox Lake home that caught fire early Monday.

Fox Lake firefighters battled flames for roughly four hours at 26752 Wooster Lane.

Battalion Chief Tom Treipis said flames were through the roof of the house, and he doesn't believe that anyone was home at the time of the fire.

The fire began at about 1 a.m. and was extinguished around 5 a.m.

Firefighters from Round Lake and Wauconda also were called to the scene.
