CROP Walk meeting planned in Algonquin

ALGONQUIN – The Cardunal CROP Walk stands for the Cary, Carpentersvile, Dundee and Algonquin areas.

A walk for hunger meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. July 31 at Cafe Firefly, 301 S. Main St., Algonquin. The purpose of the meeting is to get a start on business for the fall walk.

All local churches and people are welcome to come to the meeting and the walk in the fall. Proceeds go to local food pantries in these areas.
