Senior Luau planned at Crystal Lake's Main Beach

CRYSTAL LAKE – The annual Crystal Lake Park District Senior Luau will take place from 6 to 8:30 p.m. July 31 at Main Beach, 300 Lakeshore Drive.

The Main Beach bandshell will be transformed into a Hawaiian island complete with the sights and sounds of the Royal Polynesian Review, beautiful costumes, and light refreshments while they last.

This event is free of charge for seniors, and the event is co-sponsored by Eastgate Manor, Visiting Angels, the city of Crystal Lake, Bickford Senior Living, Senior Services, and Dunkin Donuts. 

In the event of inclement weather, the luau will be held at Park Place, 406 W. Woodstock St.
