Walla-Pa-Looza rocks out to raise money

JOHNSBURG – Walla-Pa-Looza – Raisin’ Cash for Cancer will host its fifth annual Walla-Pa-Looza event Saturday at the Johnsburg Community Club, 2315 Church St.

The event features 12 live bands on two stages, a family and children’s area, a petting zoo, a vendors area, raffles, silent auctions, food, beverages, a beer garden and more.

Performing this year on the main stage will be Days of Mayhem, The Partyhardigans, American English, Friction and Modern Day Romeos.

Gates open at noon and there is a $5 donation to get in.

All proceeds will go to local families affected by cancer.
