Huntley car show to benefit Special Olympics

HUNTLEY – Tom Peck Ford of Huntley, 13900 Auto Mall Drive, will host the 13th annual car show to benefit the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

All vehicle makes and models are welcome with a $10 donation. Admission is free. Prizes will be awarded. All donations collected at the show will benefit the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois.

The Huntley Police Department along with Special Olympics athletes will be on hand selling Torch Run merchandise (hats, shirts and pins) and raffle tickets for a Harley-Davidson motorcycle while raising awareness for Special Olympics.

Special Olympics is a nonprofit organization providing year-round sports training and competition in 19 sports for more than 23,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities and nearly 13,000 young athletes ages 2 to 7 with and without intellectual disabilities.
