Huntley's Sullivan commits to Chicago State for baseball

Huntley senior shortstop Matt Sullivan has committed to play baseball next year at NCAA Division I Chicago State.

Sullivan was a Northwest Herald All-Area first-team selection last spring when he hit .393 with three home runs and 23 RBIs for the Red Raiders, who tied for the Fox Valley Conference Valley Division title with Crystal Lake South.

Sullivan committed seven errors, had a .430 on-base percentage and scored 22 runs.
