Happy to live in Harvard

To the Editor:

My husband and I attended the Breathe On Andi fundraiser in Harvard.

It was so nice to see all of the people who came to help Andi and her family in their time of need. This is one of the many times that I am so proud of my town and the people who live here.

We have so many wonderful people – young and old – who make our town a better place to live. It is so nice to walk uptown or anywhere and be greeted by a nice smile from most of the people.

Sometimes, if you give someone a smile, then you get it back in return right away.

We have a great town, great churches, schools, our own hospital, Starline and wonderful organizations and fundraisers such as the one for Andi Swenson.

I am very happy that I live in Harvard. God bless America and all of our towns and cities.
