A man and a woman were taken to Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital with minor injuries Sunday after they were struck by a vehicle, the Cary Fire Protection District said.

About 10 a.m., the female runner and the male bicyclist were along Rawson Bridge Road near the Chalet Hills Golf Club when they were hit, said Cary Fire Lt. Frank Polivka.

Polivka said they were both in good condition. Names of the victims were not released.

The Oakwood Hills Police Department, who handled the call, did not release any information about the crash.
