Roundup: Prairie Ridge boys golf beats Grayslake Central

The Prairie Ridge golf team dominated in Monday's 146-177 win over Grayslake Central at Prairie Isle in Prairie Grove.

Tyler Hamid led the Wolves with a 1-under-par 35 while Connor Sullivan and freshman Ethan Farnam each added an even-par 36 in the win.

Jacobs 151, Hampshire 169: At Randall Oaks in West Dundee, the Golden Eagles (3-1) had solid scores from each of their scoring golfers. Jack Ramsett earned medalist honors with a 1-under-par 34 while Gabe Askam, Billy Walker and Joe Addante each carded 39s.

Geoff Beck led Hampshire with a 38.

Mendota 168, Marengo 176: At Marengo Ridge, Hunter Simonini led the Indians with a 3-over-par 39. Ryan Wick (44), Kyle Alt (46) and Adam Rogutich (47) rounded out the scoring for Marengo.

Crystal Lake South 178, Woodstock 183: At Crystal Lake Country Club, Alex Ferguson earned medalist honors for Woodstock with a 5-over-par 40.

Sean O'Neil and Grant Gassensmith each carded a 43 in the win for the Gators.

Westminster Christian 171, Marian Central 176: At Crystal Woods in Woodstock, Noah Radwanski led the Hurricanes (4-1) with a 41. T.J. Wancket (43), Matt Van Herzeele (46) and Owen Rost (46) rounded out the scoring for the Hurricanes in their first loss of the season.

Winnebago 171, Harvard 174: At Westlake Village in Winnebago, Tyler Garafol led the way for Harvard with a 39 while Jeremy Coffman and T.J. Smith each shot in the 40s, carding a 42 and 48, respectively in the loss.
