WOODSTOCK — Two men face several drug-related charges after selling cocaine to undercover deputies on Monday, according to the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office.

Norman Brown, 25, of Chicago, and Kenneth L. Price Jr., 20, of Crystal Lake, have each been charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of cannabis.

Deputies on Monday performed an undercover drug sale of approximately 1.5 grams of cocaine with the two men, according to a news release. After the purchase, deputies pulled over their vehicle near Route 120 and Thompson Road in Woodstock, and arrested the pair.

Authorities also located 6 grams of cocaine, 1 gram of cannabis, five hydrocodone pills and $633 in cash. The drugs were valued at $710.

Brown at the time was out on bond for a previous drug arrest earlier this month, the release states.

Brown and Price were both being held at the McHenry County Jail on $200,000 and $150,000 bonds, respectively.
