Marengo police reports for Sept. 12, 2013

• Bret L. Berent, 18, 20006 E. Route 14, Harvard, was charged Thursday, Aug. 15, with drug paraphernalia possession, driving uninsured, and improper display of registration plates.

• Dylan J. Homatas, 18, 614 N. Hale St., Marengo, was charged Thursday, Aug. 15, with marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession.

• Daniel Schroeder, 33, 318 E. Forest St., Apt. 2, Marengo, was charged Thursday, Aug. 15, with retail theft.

• Brian D. Glissendorf, 23, 10612 N. Church St., Huntley, was charged Saturday, Aug. 17, with driving under the influence, driving uninsured, improper lane use, and speeding.

• Eric J. Soave, 46, 554 Prairie St., Marengo, was charged Saturday, Aug. 17, with driving under the influence, driving with a breath-alcohol content greater than 0.08, driving uninsured, and driving with an expired license.

• Cornelio Choca-Zitlalapata, 36, 1534 N. Seminary St., Apt. A, Woodstock, was charged Saturday, Aug. 17, with driving under the influence, illegal alcohol transportation, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and driving while license suspended.

• Luis Torres-Vargas, 33, 372 South St., Marengo, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 20, with domestic battery.

• Scott Knautz, 29, 601 Kishwaukee St., Apt. 11, Marengo, was charged Thursday, Aug. 22, with domestic battery.

• John A. Duthorn, 23, 516 N. State St., Marengo, was charged Saturday, Sept. 7, with marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia possession, obstructing a peace officer, resisting a peace officer, and driving with a defective windshield.

• Phillip J. Jenkner, 24, 103 N. Olbrich Road, Harvard, was charged Saturday, Sept. 7, with marijuana possession, resisting a peace officer, and obstructing a peace officer.
