Meet the GOP candidates for governor

Cuba Township issued the following news release Thursday:


September 12, 2013 - North Barrington, Illinois -  The public is invited to attend a series of open forums being held in the Barrington area to meet and engage with Republican candidates running for Illinois Governor in 2014.  

Wednesday September 25 - Meet Kirk Dillard Chessie’s/111 Bar & Grill, Barrington 6PM  Downstairs

Wednesday October 09 - Meet Bill Brady McGonigal’s Pub, Barrington 6:00 PM  Upper Level

Sunday October 13 - Meet Bruce Rauner Lake Barrington Shores, Lake Barrington 1:00 PM Recreation Center

Thursday October 24 - Meet Dan Rutherford Zaza’s Tavola Italiana, Lake Barrington 6:00 PM  Private Room

Cuba Township encompasses Barrington, Barrington Hills, Deer Park, Fox River Grove, Lake Barrington, North Barrington  Port Barrington, Tower Lakes,and portions of unincorporated Lake County. In the 2012 General Election election 78% of Cuba Township registered voters turned out to vote.
