WONDER LAKE – A food drive is planned Nov. 9 in Wonder Lake.

The Wonder Lake Water Ski Show Team and the Master Property Owners Association will collect nonperishable food, personal items and monetary donations as part of its fifth annual Stuff the Ski Trailer Food Drive.

The ski trailer will be parked east of Wonder Lake State Bank, 7526 Hancock Drive, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 9.

The drive will benefit the Neighbors Food Pantry of Wonder Lake, which was opened in the 1980s and continues as a cooperative effort of the Nativity Lutheran Church, Christ the King Catholic Church and Wonder Lake Bible Church.

The pantry is located at the Nativity Lutheran Church, 3506 E. Wonder Lake Road, and is open 9 a.m. to noon Tuesdays and Wednesdays and 10 a.m. to noon the first and third Saturdays of each month.
