Fall used book sale planned at Cary library

CARY – The Friends of the Cary Area Public Library will host their Fall Used Book Sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 19 and from 1 to 5 p.m. Oct. 20 at the library, 1606 Three Oaks Road.

Used books, DVDs and CDs will be for sale at bargain prices. An entire room of children’s materials will be available.

Some of the proceeds will go toward scholarships, as well as to buy items not included in the library’s budget, such as prizes for the winter and summer reading programs.
