Pink Door Thrift Shop plans anniversary sale

McHENRY – The Pink Door Thrift Shop will hold a sale to celebrate 33 years in business in McHenry.  

The store opened on Green Street in 1980 and moved to 3741 W. Elm St. in the summer of 2011. The sale will give volunteers operating the store a way to thank loyal customers. The sale will run from Oct. 19-26. Customers will have a chance to sign up for a daily drawing at the store during the sale.

The Pink Door is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. 

The Pink Door is operated by the Auxiliary to Centegra Hospital-McHenry. For information about the sale for regarding volunteer opportunities, call the Pink Door at 815-344-4560.
