Lecture on acupuncture, oriental medicine

CRYSTAL LAKE – In recognition and support of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Day, Nature’s Balance Acupuncture is sponsoring a free lecture at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The lecture – at 820 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Suite 238, Crystal Lake – will teach how acupuncture works and what conditions it can treat. Board certified and licensed acupuncturist Janine M. Jozwiak will lead the lecture. Participants will have the opportunity to touch and feel a real acupuncture needle and learn about cupping. All attendees will receive a free auricular treatment and be entered to win a free acupuncture treatment.
