• Eric A. Niemesz, 18, 702 Spring Drive, Marengo, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 2, with disorderly conduct.

• Michael A. Henderson, 22, 3751 Garrett Lane, Rockford, was charged Friday, Oct. 4, with marijuana possession.

• Bradley J. Kenyon, 23, 3808 W. Main St., McHenry, was charged Friday, Oct. 4, with illegal possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a hypodermic syringe, drug paraphernalia possession, and resisting police.

• Samuel E. Laross, 19, 23 N. Lincoln Ave., Carpentersville, was charged Friday, Oct. 4, with marijuana possession with an intent to deliver, marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia possession, and driving without rear registration light.

• Kyle A. Martinez, 18, 1321 Revell Ave., Rockford, was charged Friday, Oct. 4, with marijuana possession.

• Elizabeth Perez, 34, 550 Telegraph St., Apt. 23, Marengo, was charged Friday, Oct. 4, with marijuana possession, driving with a suspended license, and driving with an illegally tinted window.

• Austin Uresti, 19, 2710 14th St., Rockford, was charged Friday, Oct. 4, with drug paraphernalia possession and failure to wear a seat belt.

• Scott R. Robarge, 44, 16614 Harmony Road, Huntley, was charged Friday, Oct. 11, with driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, and disobeying a stop sign.

• Amber L. Anderson, 22, 1151 Cottonwood Lane, Marengo, was charged Saturday, Oct. 12, with battery.

• Kurtis K. Moran, 40, 26819 110th St., Trevor, Wis., was charged Saturday, Oct. 12, with battery.

• William Killeen, 21, 6424 Suttondale Road, Huntley, was charged Sunday, Oct. 13, with drug paraphernalia possession and delivering alcohol to a minor.

• Bradley J. Lamkin, 19, 834 W. Cottonwood, Freeport, was charged Sunday, Oct. 13, with retail theft.

• Samantha J. Manley, 18, 100 1/2 S. State St., Marengo, was charged Sunday, Oct. 13, with underage drinking, underage possession of alcohol, drug paraphernalia possession, and aggravated assault.

• Katherine S. Thalman, 23, 2101 Sleepy Hollow Road, Sleepy Hollow, was charged Sunday, Oct. 13, with battery.
