CRYSTAL LAKE – A ceremonial groundbreaking for the new Goodwill Store in Crystal Lake, 1016 Central Park Drive, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday.

Profits from the retail sales at the new Goodwill will go toward training and employment opportunities for community members with barriers to employment. It is anticipated that nearly 1 million pounds of donations will be recycled and kept out of the local landfill.

The store is expected to open for business in March.
