MCC to offer conflict resolution training

McHENRY – McHenry County College is offering “Working with You is Killing Me,” a conflict resolution program, based on the national best-selling book by psychotherapist Katherine Crowley and business consultant Kathi Elster.  

The course is from 8 a.m. to noon Nov. 22 at MCC’s Shah Center, 4100 W. Shamrock Lane, McHenry.

The course teaches employees and managers how to handle difficult co-workers by setting boundaries. The course discusses how to deal with co-workers through mutual cooperation, reducing stress-related issues arising from work relationships, improving work relationships and understanding boundaries.  

The fee for this course is $99. To register, call the MCC Registration Office at 815-455-8588. The course ID is NTL C23 003.
