Defenders’ Green Spot Bookstore plans sale

WOODSTOCK – The volunteer-run Green Spot bookstore, a fundraising effort by the Environmental Defenders of McHenry County, will hold a holiday book sale from Nov. 29 to Dec. 14.

The sale will feature hardcover and paperback books. It will be in the lobby area of the Woodstock Square Mall building, 110 S. Johnson St., Suite 104, Woodstock.

The Green Spot is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays. It is closed Sundays and Mondays. During the holiday book sale, the store will stay open until 7 p.m. Nov. 29, Dec. 6 and Dec. 13.
