LAKE FOREST — Marc Trestman ruled Jay Cutler out for the Bears’ next game against the Rams.

Cutler, who has a high ankle sprain, is still “week to week.” Josh McCown will start on Sunday in St. Louis. 

In four games and two starts this season, McCown has completed 61-of-101 passes for 754 yards, five touchdowns and zero interceptions.

McCown has appeared in two games in his career at the Edward Jones Dome, completing 21-of-33 passes for 228 yards, no touchdowns and no picks.

In seven career games indoors, McCown has completed 67.7 percent of his passes, well above his career average of 58.2.
