Wisconsin man charged in Spring Grove burglary

SPRING GROVE – A Wisconsin man has been arrested in connection with an October residential burglary at a Spring Grove home, according to the Spring Grove Police Department.

Christopher J. Stachura, 28, of Trevor, Wis., was charged Nov. 15 with residential burglary and theft of more than $300 following an investigation into a burglary that occurred Oct. 30.

The burglary occurred at a home in the 11200 block of Siedschlag Road while the owner was away from the residence, according to a news release. Evidence later linked Stachura to the incident, and a search warrant was executed at his Wisconsin home Nov. 8.

During the search, items from the burglary were found in his home, the news release states. He was arrested on warrants Nov. 15.

Members of he Kenosha County Sheriff's Office and Lake County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the investigation.
