Lake in the Hills police reports for Jan. 15, 2014

• James L. Forssander, 56, 1 Hunters Path Road, Lake in the Hills, was charged Sunday, Jan. 5, with two counts of domestic battery.

• Cory R. Hendrickson, 24, 1202 Burr St., Lake in the Hills, was charged Monday, Jan. 6, with criminal damage to property.

• Marco A. Campobasso, 21, 2 Pine Grove Court, Algonquin, was charged Tuesday, Jan. 7, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on the wrong side of a divided highway, driving too fast for the conditions and driving uninsured motor vehicle.

• Money was reported taken from a bank account without consent on Tuesday, Jan. 7, from the 3200 block of Banford Circle.

• Anjelica M. Padilla-Jimenez, 35, 1001 Chestnut Circle, Sandwich, was charged Friday, Jan. 10, with driving under the influence, improper lane usage and no drivers license on person.

• A complainant reported receiving threats on Friday, Jan. 10, on the 3700 block of Sonoma Circle.

• A subject was bitten by a dog on Friday, Jan. 10, on the 3000 block of Baldwin Lane.

• Two vehicles were involved in an accident with the offending vehicle leaving the scene on Friday, Jan. 10, at the intersection of Randall and Miller roads.

• A male subject attempted to rob the Walgreens on Friday, Jan. 10, at 100 N. Randall Road.

• Julio C. Perez, 27, 250 Spruce Ave., Bensenville was charged Saturday, Jan. 11, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a breath alcohol content greater than .08, speeding, failure to signal while changing lanes, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

• Javier Venegas, 43, 249 S. Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich, was charged Saturday, Jan. 11, with felony criminal trespass to residence and two counts of disorderly conduct.

• Brian C. Hernandez, 25, 701 Mohican Trail, Lake in the Hills, was charged Saturday, Jan. 11, with unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe.

• An offending vehicle struck a complainant's vehicle and fled the scene on Saturday, Jan. 11, at the intersection of Algonquin Road and Hilltop Drive.

• Police investigated a report of reckless discharge of a firearm on Saturday, Jan. 11, on the 0 block of Grant Ave.

• Eduardo A. Espinoza, 23, 1025 Onaway Trail, Algonquin, was charged Sunday, Jan. 12, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a breath alcohol content greater than .08, speeding, improper lane usage, no insurance, and illegal transportation of open alcohol by a driver. He was also wanted on a warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear on traffic offenses.
