WEST DUNDEE – Spring Hill Mall recently announced it has entered into a lease agreement with Panera Bread to open a freestanding location adjacent to the mall’s east side.

Panera is expected to open in the fall.

In addition, Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip is scheduled to open in the mall’s center court Feb. 15. The café will feature gourmet coffee, cookies, pastries and a selection of sandwiches and paninis.

“We are excited to welcome two nationally recognized brands like Panera and Nestlé that further enhance Spring Hill Mall’s diverse dining offering,” Spring Hill Mall General Manager Amy Prew said in a news release. “We believe these additions, shortly following the opening of Flaming Grill & Supreme Buffet this past fall, provide local consumers with an unmatched selection of restaurants that offer high-quality food coupled with an attractive atmosphere. We look forward to officially welcoming Panera and Nestlé at their grand openings.”
