Woodstock police got word from the McHenry Police Department that Dolan might be residing at the Super 8 Motel, 1220 Davis Road, Woodstock.

Woodstock police found Dolan had been checked in as a guest at the hotel for eight days. He was arrested at about 2 p.m. Monday, according to the release.

Those required to register as a sex offender must do so with the sheriff or chief of police of the jurisdiction they're residing within three days of taking residence, the release said.
