Suburban Chicago police seize $3M in heroin

BOLINGBROOK – Three men are facing charges after suburban Chicago authorities say they discovered $3 million worth of heroin.

The Joliet Herald-News reported the drugs were found in a 60-quart cooler that had about three kilograms of heroin inside.

The three men were arrested Thursday in Bolingbrook.

The trio included a 25-year-old from suburban Lindenhurst along with a 39-year-old and a 35-year-old from Joliet.
