Frank J. Naples, 36, was wanted for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and failure to appear, according to a news release from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

An Algonquin man listed on the McHenry County's Top 10 Most Wanted list was arrested this week.

Frank J. Naples, 36, was wanted for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and failure to appear, according to a news release from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.

Naples is the second McHenry County Top 10 fugitive arrested in the past two weeks. Robert R. Willett, 28, was arrested Feb. 7 after sheriff's officials learned he left the county. He was accused of stealing clothing, household goods, electronics and a machete from a Woodstock store.

On Sept. 27, 2013 the sheriff's office obtained an arrest warrant for Naples after an undercover operation revealed he allegedly possessed and sold heroin. The following day, it was discovered that Naples fled McHenry County and was possibly out of the state, the news release said. As a result, he was placed on the county's Top 10 Most Wanted list on Nov. 19.

On Feb. 18, the sheriff's office Apprehension Unit, along with the United States Marshal Service Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, located Naples in a Fox River Grove residence and took him into custody without incident.

He was taken to the McHenry County Jail where he is being held in lieu of a $60,000 bond. His next court appearance is Feb. 21.
