R-B's Garrett Sutton, CLC's Marsden state champs

Crystal Lake Central's Andrew Marsden and Richmond-Burton's Garrett Sutton took home state titles on Saturday at the state meet in Champaign.

Sutton, a future University of Michigan wrestler, finished the season as an undefeated state champion for the second consecutive season.

Four other area wrestler lost in a state final match and finished in second place.

They were Dundee-Crown's Christian Brunner (182), Crystal Lake Central's Mike Zelasco (182), McHenry's Luis Hernandez (220) and R-B's Grant Sutton (126).
