Andrew Zinke, undersheriff of McHenry County, is a loving, dedicated and passionate man.

He cherishes our boys, family and friends. Committed to family, community and career, he is respected by all who know him. His passion is in helping others.

He supports/volunteers for many organizations, including Senior Care, CASA, VFW Auxiliary in McHenry, PADS, Turning Point, Breast Cancer Walk, Honor Flight, care packages to the soldiers, Woodstock Rotary, Leadership Greater McHenry County and Habitat for Humanity. He is an active member in our church.

Andy takes this same love, commitment and passion into his police work, always looking for new and improved ideas. During his 25 years with the office, he has worked his way up the ranks and created many successful programs, including a heroin task force and an intel unit.
