A 23-year-old Wonder Lake man was arrested and charged with failure to comply with conditions of electronic monitoring, a Class 3 felony.

On Friday, the McHenry County Sheriff's Office responded to a parking complaint in the 6400 block of Giant Oaks Road, according to a news release. Upon arrival, deputies found a large party and made contact with Samuelson, who is registered with the sheriff's office as a violent offender against youth and a document gang member. He was on parole with electronic monitoring.

Investigators determined that the consumption and presence of alcohol was a violation of the terms of Samuelson's electronic monitoring, according to the release.

Samuelson's bond is $50,000 and his next court date is 9 a.m. Thursday.
